Harmonator Auctions / Terms

Please email with a detailed description of the item or item's before an appointment time is set.

Items must have a minimum value of $50.00 but we will evaluate all your items upon our visit. We usually start our auctions @ $.99 cents with no reserve.

If you would like a higher starting bid, then we ask the client to pay listing fees up front. We charge about $5.00 - $10.00 per listing, which is non refundable if your item doesn't sell. If your item does sell we will deduct the upfront money from your fee. This is still much less than an ad in your local newspaper and your item will reach a much wider audience, as we provide worldwide shipping!

Buyers will pay our Paypal account directly and then we will pay you via check or Paypal directly and provide you with an invoice for services rendered. You will be paid as soon as the buyers payment clears.

All items must come with an unconditional guarantee so that if the buyer is not satisfied for what ever reason, they can return the item for a full refund minus shipping. This is to protect our user ID and assure that all buyers are 100% satisfied at all times.

We prefer any designer or collectables to come with receipt, tags or certificate of authenticity due to the high incidence of counterfeit items on the market. Receipts will also increase your sales price tremendously so never throw them out.

We are open to selling any type of item for you, but retain the right to refuse.

Our Commission

25% of the final selling price of your item over $100.00
40% of the final selling price under $100.00

Our fee includes: research, creating the listing, photos, payment collection, packing supplies and shipping costs (your eBay and Paypal fees are also included in our fee).

Ebay fees- Listing/Gallery photo fee of $.60 (as long as opening bid is under $10.00) plus a commission on the final selling price of 5.25% of the first $25.00, 2.75% of the next $975.00 and 1.5% of the remaining amount over $1,000

Paypal processing fee- $.30 plus 2.4% of the final selling price.

Any special features you would like to add to your auctions will be added as part of your fees.
